Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We are open 24/7. You may call us at (954) 644-2597 for any inquiries

Q: When should I book my Appointment?

A: As soon as possible to secure your appointment. Please make sure you have all information finalized and handy before booking the appointment including how many people, your pick-up and drop-off point and the time of day you need transport.

Q: Can I book transportation for a special event that includes multiple pick-up and drop-offs?

A: Yes. Please call our office at 954-644-2597 for more information

Q: Is there a cleaning Fee?

A: There is a $300 charge for excessive cleanup, and/or sickness cleanup

Q: Is there a damage Fee?

A: We charge a damage fee in the event the vehicle has been damaged in any way. The fee may vary depending on the assessment of the vehicle’s damage.

Q: Is smoking permitted inside the vehicles?

A: Smoking is permitted on SOME LIMOS. Just ask :)

Q: Is there any service charge?

A: No service charge

Q: Is there any minimum Rental hour for the Limo service?

A: A 4 hour minimum is required on any limo reservation. Please contact us for any further questions or concerns.

What Forms of Payment is Accepted

A: We accept all major credit cards. Coupons and Cheques are not accepted

Q: How can I make my reservation?

Q: Can I request for a specific driver for the transportation?

A: Not available as of the moment but will have this option soon

Q: Are there any booking Fees?

A:  Although we do require a deposit of 25% of your reservation to confirm your limo, we do not charge any booking fees.

Q: What are your Standard Cancellation Policies?

A: If you cancel your booking 7 days prior to the scheduled service, we will gladly refund you reservation less the 25% deposit. However, if your cancellation is within 7 days of the service date, no money will be refunded, but we will be happy to reschedule you for a later date.
